Lavender Fields of Grace
Inspired by fields in France and Long Island, Gleason Mountain Lavender is grown organically and the
mountain air provides the perfect climate for enhanced fragrance. Come join us for brunch in the fields
as you watch the sun shine on the valley and mountain beyond.
Sunflowers on Sperry Hollow
While the trees and lavender are on the Mountain the sunflowers are grown on the fertile soil of the valley
floor. Sunflowers on Sperry Hollow provide excellent oil for cooking and lovely flowers for the table
center piece.
Honey Bunny Honey
The bees of Gleason Mountain have full range of the fields from the New York State Wildflower field
that is cultivated each year to the Sunflowers and Lavender. The bees produced the most aromatic and
flavorful honey in the county.
